Lumen Salon’s NEWEST STYLIST
We are thrilled to introduce our newest salon team member, Oscar Moreno! He moved to D.C from Washington state with an impressive background in hair color and hand tied extensions.
His passion for hair started at a young age but it really took off when he joined the United States Army and became known as the “Baracks Barber.”
Oscar not only served our country, but has over 5 years hair styling experience in the beauty industry, specializing in color and extensions. His skills and talents in these areas are exceptional and we are fortunate to have him on board.
Apart from his excellent technical skills, Oscar is also an outstanding team player. His experience serving in the Army taught him the importance of discipline, teamwork, and a willingness to lend a helping hand. Combined together with his desire to create gorgeous hair, it’s a beautiful combination!
